Synapse Robotics manufactures an environmentally concious seawater powered tooling system, suitable for a range of subsea applications, utilising our own range of tooling.
We can supply complete tooling spreads, ready to integrate into most Work Class ROV’s, or even surface fed/controlled, using our own range of grabs, shears, grapples, DPRTs or indeed any other hydraulically powered asset.
Our system is proven to work at depths of up to 6000m reliably, removing the need for extra oil reservoirs and compensation systems. Significantly reducing the risk of oil spillage or loss due to operational damage.
‘Turn Key’ system, includes water pump-set, water tooling manifold, hot stab and receptacle, tooling flying leads and floatation if required, project specific hosing and hot stabs can be provided.
Our team has extensive experience across all aspects of subsea operations, recognising the importance of getting it right first time, ensuring projects to be executed worldwide.
Uncrewed & Autonomous Operations
Our Uncrewed Surface Vessel (USV) allows for autonomous hydrographic surveys across a range of operational environments. We specialise in the challenging locations that maybe others can’t quite reach.
Industry standard Sonars and Sensor packages can be integrated, allowing fully autonomous operation and data collection.
Synapse Robotics have been involved in the deployment and testing of AUVs for subsea data acquisition, the ability to operate our own ASVs further expands our capabilities.
On-Site Support
Our vast experience with mobilisations, de-mobilisations, technical support (both remote and on-site) and operational expertise across a range of systems/types and disciplines allows Synapse Robotics to truely understand the support requirements for Subsea Operations.
We are able to offer experienced, trained and competent mobile technicians, complete with industry specific tooling, to assist with a range of workscopes, typically we assist with vessel mobilisations, de-mobilisations, planned and un-planned maintenance, system breakdown, fault finding, diagnosis and rectification works.
Synapse Robotics Mobile Technicians carry specialist tooling, limiting downtime caused by damaged/lost tooling or consumables.
Subsea System Audits
Synapse Robotics engineering team are perfectly placed to provide complete system audits, whether as client representatives during a new build or refurbishment program, or as a second user system assesment, we can ensure that the information you need will be captured and communicated effectively.
We carry out surveys and audits worldwide, all engineers carry Offshore certs and qualifications, allowing trouble free access to vessels.
